1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at acservicedhaka.bd or booking a service with Hoque Refrigeration And Engineering Works Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website. These terms apply to all customers within our service areas across Dhaka city.

2. Service Description

Hoque Refrigeration And Engineering Works Ltd. provides residential and commercial HVAC and appliance repair services. Our core offerings include, but are not limited to:

• Air Conditioner Repair, cleaning, and gas refill services
• AC Installation and uninstallation for split and cassette units
• Refrigerator Repair, including compressor and thermostat issues
• Washing machine, microwave oven, and television repair
• Duct Cleaning and HVAC maintenance

We strive to provide accurate diagnostics and effective repairs. However, we do not guarantee that every appliance can be fixed, as some units may suffer from irreversible damage or unavailability of OEM replacement parts.

3. Pricing & Payment

Upfront Estimates: Before beginning any repair work, our technicians provide a clear, upfront cost estimate covering labor and parts. No work begins without your verbal or written approval.

Service Call Fee: A standard diagnostic visit fee applies when a technician visits your location to inspect the appliance. This fee is payable regardless of whether you proceed with the repair.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, bKash, and bank transfers. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless a prior corporate billing arrangement is in place.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us at 01910528424 at least 2 hours before your scheduled time slot.

If a technician arrives at your location and you cancel the service at the door without prior notice, the standard diagnostic visit fee will still apply to cover the technician’s travel time and costs.

5. Service Warranty

Hoque Refrigeration And Engineering Works Ltd. stands behind the quality of its work. We provide a service warranty on both labor and parts installed by our technicians. The specific warranty duration depends on the type of repair and parts used, which will be clearly stated on your service invoice.

• If the same component fails within the warranty period due to our workmanship, we will repair or replace it at no additional labor charge.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, natural disasters, physical tampering by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
• Warranty claims require presenting the original service invoice.

6. Limitation of Liability

While our technicians take every precaution during an AC cleaning, installation, or repair, Hoque Refrigeration And Engineering Works Ltd. is not liable for pre-existing damage to your property, cosmetic defects on older units, or indirect damages resulting from an appliance malfunction (such as food spoilage due to a broken fridge).

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that specific service visit.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
